PACIFICMAS Bhd has received an offer from OCBC Capital (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd to buy five of its subsidiaries for a RM450 million combined total.

If the deal goes through PacificMas will issue a special dividend to distribute its cash, the company said.–BTimes
